Bringing the machine-learning and remote-sensing toolkit from forestry into city air, heat, vegetation and water — at the granularity where policy decisions actually happen.

Accessibility & neighbourhood equity

Combining TOD-era planning experience with high-resolution spatial data to study who can reach what, and what that costs them in time, exposure and opportunity.

Landscape-scale carbon, biodiversity & hydrology

Continuing applied work on tropical peatlands, biomass estimation and water dynamics — bridging operational monitoring and rigorous science.
